The tasting course is divided between theory and analysis practice. There will be a guided tasting of 5 samples of EVOO and 2 different types of table olives, structured to clarify the differences between quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils and olives.
At the end of the experience, you will acquire the skills to recognize quality EVO Oil and table olives for your home or business.
