From Rome: Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius Volcano Day Trip With Authentic Neapolitan Pizza Lunch

Join an unforgettable day trip from Rome to the ancient ruins of Pompeii and the majestic Mt. Vesuvius. Travel in style and comfort aboard a modern, air-conditioned coach, accompanied by a dedicated tour leader.

Skip the lines to explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Pompeii, a city preserved in time by the catastrophic eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. An expert local archaeologist will guide you through the ruins, revealing the rich history and stories frozen in stone.

Ascend Mt. Vesuvius for spectacular panoramic views of the Bay of Naples. From April to early November, you can hike to the volcano's summit or choose an insightful geological walk led by a seasoned geologist. During the winter months, when Vesuvius is closed, your tour includes a panoramic bus ride along the stunning Amalfi Coast, with a stop in the picturesque town of Positano.

Your day also includes a delightful all-inclusive lunch at a restaurant overlooking Naples Bay. Enjoy a traditional Italian meal featuring pizza, a delicious appetizer, and a sweet dessert, making your journey through history even more memorable.
