Know in advance:

Please note that you must be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the entrance time shown on your voucher. Late arrival will be considered a no-show
Shoulders and knees must be covered. Low-cut tops are also not permitted. You may risk being denied entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
You must show a valid ID or passport at the museum door
IMPORTANT: Disabled people don't need to make a booking they can enter freely by showing a Valid ID/Passport and a Disability Card of more than 74%. The local staff will give all the support needed
Children below the age of 7 can enter without a ticket, but it is mandatory to bring a valid ID or Passport
According to the Official Vatican State Regulation: the Management of the Vatican Museums reserves the right to close an exhibition area as a result of a force majeure event, without being under any liability to refund the admission ticket. This includes the Sistine Chapel
