A professional chef will assist you and your loved ones as you learn everything there is to know about homemade pasta. Then you'll taste your delicious creations for lunch: three varieties of pasta accompanied by tastings of the winery's products including wine, truffle oil and balsamic vinegar.

During the cooking class, you will be taught how to cut, knead and fill the ravioli. Additionally, you will knead, form and cut gnocchi, tagliatelle, or other varieties of pasta. The recipes of your chef will be focused on fresh, high-quality and local ingredients, adhering to Tuscan tradition and making this quintessential Italian dish a memorable experience for all!
