Nestled within the mountainous landscape of Gennargentu, lies the village of Arzana, renowned for its long-lived residents. Here, you'll spend a day on a farm alongside a shepherd, gaining an authentic insight into traditional sheep farming practices. You'll get hands-on experience with both manual and mechanical milking techniques and uncover the secrets behind cheese production.
To truly savour this experience, you'll enjoy the farm's produce amongst good company. Your meal will include a selection board featuring cold cuts and cheese, olives, grilled vegetables and meat, complemented by wine, desserts, coffee, and water.
