Your host Lorenzo was born in Venice and has lived there his whole life. About Lorenzo: "I was born in Venice 48 years ago with a passion for cooking. The scents and flavors I've acquired are those handed down over centuries. Every morning I go to the Rialto market to choose fresh fish and vegetables. The idea behind my culinary creations is to achieve perfect balance."

- First course: Handmade fresh pasta, black squid ink ravioli stuffed with smoked salmon
- Second course: Fresh greek anchovies with aromatic herbs
- Dessert: Fregolotta di mandorle con gocce di cioccolato
