Enjoy a sensational workshop and learn how to make chocolate with a chocolate master!
The chef will reveal you all the secrets and the best techniques to dilute chocolate, create ganache or a mousse.
Make extraordinary chocolate truffles and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate (during winter).
Gain the knowledge about chocolate, taste the truffles that you made and bring them home with you!
Important to know
Know in advance:
- Tasting consists of a total of about 10 pieces per person: tasting of dragés, covered in chocolate (4 or 5 pieces), pralines or truffles (3 pieces), chocolate beans and hot or cold chocolate to drink depending on the season
- No refund will be accepted for no shows or late arrivals
- The workshop will take place rain or shine
- Please be aware that starting from April 25th, 2024 and on certain dates, registration and payment of an access contribution will be necessary to visit the city of Venice. Remember to check all the information and procedures for registration or payment on the dedicated website of Comune di Venezia
