The Bell Tower at San Giorgio Maggiore occasionally closes due to holy days without much advance notice. If time permits, you will be notified prior to your tour. For last-minute closure, you will tour the exterior of the site. In case it is inaccessible due to the elevator being out of service, no refund will be provided, as this is a matter outside of the provider's control
In the event of bad weather, the boat operator may be required to cancel the tour for safety reasons. Please note that as this decision is made with your safety in mind, no refunds will be provided in such cases
