Bamboo Beach Club is the ideal spot for an evening of R&R, and this evening sunset dinner experience lets you kick back for exactly that. As the sun sets over the Caribbean Sea, you can settle in by the fire, vibe to some reggae, and soak up those ocean views.
Once you arrive, you'll be greeted with a refreshing cocktail – sip away as you watch your expert mixologist for the evening whip up some signature drinks and teach you the best tips and tricks for the perfect tropical cocktail. Plus, you'll have free-flowing rum and vodka drinks throughout the evening at the open bar.
Then, you can tuck into a carefully selected Mediterranean and Caribbean-inspired menu. To get your appetite going, you'll begin with a fresh fish tartar with a sweet Jamaican fried dumpling, known locally as festivals. For your main course, there's plenty to choose from, with a mix of Caribbean and Mediterranean flavours – think fresh fish, jerk lamb, homemade pastas and more. To finish off, dessert is served up by the bonfire – perfect for a cosy evening out.
