The highlight of the venue is the Temari Sushi-Making Experience. This includes a drink and a sweet treat. The experience invites you to craft your own Temari sushi using fresh ingredients and vinegared rice. Even if you're a beginner, it's straightforward and enjoyable. The term 'Temari' refers to a traditional Japanese toy: a decorative ball made of colourful threads. Similarly, Temari sushi takes on this round shape, resulting in visually appealing and elegant sushi pieces.
Upon seating, a set of fresh sushi ingredients will be brought to your table. A demonstration will be provided by the staff, ensuring even first-timers can confidently create their own sushi. You can then select your preferred ingredients and combine them with vinegared rice to make your Temari sushi. Savour your meal at leisure while crafting delightful sushi pieces. The experience includes all handling fees and consumption tax, sushi-making ingredients and equipment, along with a drink and a sweet treat.
