The driver will be waiting for you at the International Arrival Exit for 90 minutes after your flight lands. If it takes a bit longer, there’s an additional charge of $28 per hour
If the driver doesn’t find you at the pickup point 90 minutes after landing, and the local provider hasn’t heard from you at the emergency number, the driver will leave, and you won't be able to be refunded
If there’s any change in your flight schedule, just let the provider know at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. If not, any extra costs will be on you
Pickup plan is based on when your flight lands. If you set a specific pickup time, it will be treated as a one-off pickup and drop-off order
For hotel pickups: please be ready at your hotel lobby at the time you’ve given in the order. A free 30-minute wait time for hotel pickup is included. Arrange your airport transfer time in advance to complete airport check-in
