Then, from La Joya, you will begin to hike through rugged terrain. As you make your way up, experience the beauty of the landscape, from the possibility of seasonal snow to the rich diversity of flora and fauna, the area is full of surprises, thus always surrounded by the powerful presence of the volcanoes. Depending on the group’s pace, you will ascend more or less matters, covering from 5 to 7 kilometres (round-trip) of walking.
