Misol-Ha, which in the Chol language means precisely “waterfall”, is located 20 km from Palenque.

- The best time to visit the Agua Azul waterfalls is from November to May, which is the dry season and is when you can best enjoy the area
- Prefer to wear light clothing and comfortable walking shoes. You can also bring shoes that you can get wet, in case you want to do some activity in the rivers and waterfalls
- Don't forget to bring insect repellent and sunscreen
- You should bring extra clothing, a bathing suit, a light jacket, a cap, and sunglasses. An extra linen change is required
- At least 2 people are required for this activity to take place
