Avoid participating if you have heart problems, epilepsy, asthma, or any medical restrictions, injuries, surgeries, or minor injuries within the past six months, or if you are pregnant.
Access will not be allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol or toxic substances.

For the Jetboat activity in the Cancun location, the maximum weight is 136 kg and the minimum height is 1.2m
Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for ATV activity.
Official ID and driving licence must be presented at the activity reception.
Photographers are available along the route to capture the best shots from unique angles. The photo package is available at an additional cost.
The activity is available for those over 12 years old.
If you are aged 12 to 16 years old, you cannot drive but can be a passenger
If you are aged 16 or 17, you can drive as long as you have a driver's license and are accompanied by an adult
If you are an adult aged over 18, you can drive and a license will only be requested if there is doubt about your age
To ensure proper insurance coverage, all customers must carry their driving licence or permit during the tour.
