- Please note that you can access the canal cruise only on a pre-booked time slot. After the reservation, you'll receive a mobile voucher that you need to swap for a pre-booked ticket at the local office located at Damrak 26, Amsterdam
- Infants (0-3) get free admission. On the canal cruise they shouldn't occupy their own seat
- The duration of the cruise itself is 1 hour, but it may take some time to board the boat, so the total duration of the experience might be up to 90 minutes in peak season
