Starting from Carrapateira, you'll meet your instructor in one of the most picturesque beaches around with creamy white sand and clear blue waters. You'll be introduced to your equipment and hear about the importance of using your body to balance for this sport.
Enjoy exercising your body as you master step by step the best way to balance on your board and connect with the waves. - Please note the minimum age to participate in the tour is 6
- The tour is unsuitable for people with back problems, heart conditions or who are pregnant
- Due to uneven and steep surfaces, the activity is unsuitable for wheelchair and stroller users
- It is recommended to bring suncream, towel and dry clothes to change into once out the water
