What to expect

Start the tour by crossing the streets of the old city of Porto and its ancient walls, admiring the São Bento train station and Porto’s Cathedral.

Pass through Avenida dos Aliados and Carmo and Carmelitas churches, towards Clérigos Tower – one of the most emblematic monuments of the city – and continue to the beautiful Lello Bookstore. Ride along Rua Taipas to the quarters of Miragaia and Ribeira, with magnificent views of the Douro River.

Afterward, ride back to the meeting point to take a guided visit to a renowned port wine cellar in Vila Nova de Gaia. Get the opportunity to learn all about the centuries-long process of winemaking and enjoy a port wine tasting included.

You can choose between a shared tour or a private tour ticket option. For the private tour, there is a minimum number of 2 participants

The tour will pass by the Serra do Pilar Monastery, the Jardim do Morro, and the Porto Wine Cellars area, instead of passing through the historic city centre
At the end of the 50-minute tuk-tuk tour, your guide will give you tickets for the guided winery tour with tasting. The guide will also explain how to make your reservation at the winery (booking is mandatory)
