What to expect
Enjoy this 1.5 hour sailing boat experience on the Spirit of Victoria. This sailing trip takes you from the historic Victoria & Alfred Waterfront out to sea on a short cruise across the bay and back. During the cruise, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and the city, with Table Mountain as a stunning backdrop. The trip does not have a specific destination, but usually, the boat sails out of the Harbor towards Milnerton lighthouse in Table Bay and then returns to the safety of Granger Bay. It is a must-do excursion for anyone visiting Cape Town.
The Spirit of Victoria is easily recognized in the bay due to its red brick brown sails. It was constructed to accommodate 45 passengers and provides regular sailing trips to Table Bay. The onboard bar offers sparkling wine, beer, and cold beverages. Spirit of Victoria offers an authentic, laid-back sailing experience to remember.

- The vessel operates in all weather conditions unless there are gales or storms that would endanger passengers
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure
- Infants (age 0-2): free of charge
