What to expect
Discover the Alhambra in its entirety, in a super reduced guided tour, together with an official guide. With this visit you will access the entire monument: Nasrid Palaces, La Alcazaba, the Generalife Palace and its gardens, the Carlos V Palace.
Spend your 3 hours through all the major areas of the Alhambra and also skip the long lines at the entrance. Learn about the history and art of one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Important to know
- The maximum number of participants is 10
- The visit will be carried out in a single language, the one selected when making the purchase and it will not be possible to modify this in any case
- According to the regulations of the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and the Generalife, and as a security protocol, it is mandatory to provide the full name, surnames and DNI/Passport/Official document issued by the Ministry of the Interior of each country, of all visitors to the monument
- You can provide this data through the web or once you make the payment for your visit, you will receive an email to identify your companions. Failure to identify visitors on time will result in the loss of their tickets
- Access to the venue will be through the scanning of the DNI or Passport of all the visitors. For this reason, the DNI or passport must be the ORIGINAL and the SAME that they provided when making the reservation
- Tickets are nominative. Alhambra staff will verify this information. If it is not the same, the Alhambra staff will not allow you access to the monument. Special Plans is not responsible for the data entered or not carrying the original documentation. Special Plans will not be able to do anything in this regard since it is the regulation of the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and the Generalife
- Once issued for practical purposes, the tickets are spent, according to the current Regulations of the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and the Generalife, according to which the tickets cannot be canceled, refunded or modified in any way
- It is non-refundable if you do not show up for the visit, arrive late or do not bring the original passport or DNI with which the reservation was made
- The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable for people with mobility problems
- If you arrive late you will lose your tour and you will only be able to access on your own with the tickets, in the areas that the schedule still allows
- Keep in mind that the Alhambra has very strict schedules and capacity and that it cannot be modified in any case
