The Natura Parc complex is located in the centre of the island of Mallorca, in the municipality of Santa Eugenia. It has more than 33,000m2 of wooded park, where visitors can find more than 500 species of animals, among which stands out an immense collection of birds from the most remote corners of the planet.
Natura Parc is a family firm founded in 1998, with a previous experience of 40 years in poultry farming, breeding and conservation of species.
Its main objective is to offer its services to all levels of society, both public and private, through the different departments and entities that make it up. These are: Natura Parc; Natura Parc Foundation; Center for the Protection of Abandoned Domestic Animals (CEPAD); Balearic Islands Wildlife Recovery Consortium (COFIB).
Since his birth, Antonio Mas Mir has increased his love for animals and nature, until today. Coming from a humble family in the Soledad neighbourhood in Palma de Mallorca.
Years later he married Benita Capo Serra, a dressmaking teacher, who without knowing anything about the animal world, supported him in all of his ideas and dreams. When their first and only child, Mariano, was born, they immediately began to instil in him the love for fauna and flora.
Today, the Natura Parc Center, with the Mas family at the helm, and a group of more than 100 professionals, works every day for education, research and conservation of species and the environment.
