- children must be accompanied by an adult
- in case you are late for the tour, the duration will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
- in winter, tuk-tuks have blankets and protective layers against rain and wind
- there is no luggage department in the tuk-tuk to store any handbags, wheelchairs, strollers or any further items
- the itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
