Here's a list of possible tastings:

  • Fried Squid: The quality of the fish is very good since it is every day to the beach bars and restaurants. The rings of high-quality squid are breaded and fried in hot oil in order to create the best finger food ever.
  • Anchovies in vinegar: The fact that locals in Malaga eat tons of anchovies per year, caused them to be called “boquerones”, which actually means anchovies.
  • Tortilla de patatas: The Spanish potato tortilla is an international topseller, thanks to its adaptability as side dish, hot dish and starter.
  • Chorizo de bellota: This typical Spanish acorn sausage is typically cured or fried
  • Meatballs in tomato sauce: The tasty meatballs cooked in a delicious tomato sauce are a classic in every Spanish household
  • Alioli potatoes or patatas bravas: This appetizer consists in fried potatoes with a garlic sauce or spicy tomato sauce on top
  • Croquetas caseras: These delicious croquettes are cooked with bechamel sauce (flour, butter, milk and nutmeg), salt, pepper, onion, EVO olive oil, ham, eggs and bread crumbs. With these ingredients the croquettes are brought into their typical oval shape and fried in hot oil.
  • Ice cream or pastry: 2 tastes in a cup or small cone. Everything is prepared in the factory of this traditional shop.
