- Please arrive 15 minutes earlier for checking, and bring your valid ID (It is mandatory to bring the original document on the day of the tour). The tour starts punctually. Late arrivals will be unable to join the tour and will be considered as no-show
- Seniors and children must bring an original ID card or passport. Otherwise, the monuments may not allow the entrance
- The local operator is not responsible for any inconveniences that monuments decisions may cause, such as changes in opening/closing times, restriction of any area for security, restoring, or any other reason
- Please note: Attraction tickets are non-refundable (12 euros)
