Sitting 600m above sea level upon some of Tenerife's steepest and stoniest terrain, growing grapes here is a labour of love. Impossible to use machines, each vine is hand harvested – and you can taste the difference.
Guided by an expert sommelier, you'll soak up some spectacular sea views as you learn all there is to know about winemaking in this harsh, volcanic landscape. Then when the tour is over, you'll be rewarded with a sample of the bodega's finest white and red varieties and a tasting of local cheese – delicious.
