- Daily departures every hour from 10:15 am to 4:15 pm
- Most of the buses are equipped with a ramp for persons in wheelchairs. One wheelchair per bus can be safely fastened, and there is an audio guide outlet next to it. More wheelchairs can be folded and fastened as passengers move to a regular seat (Hop on Hop off bus)
- Pick-up is not available for this experience
- Valid 24 hours from first use

- Pets: Dogs that can be kept in owner’s lap throughout the tour are welcome on board. Please sit outside where possible or in the back of the boat. Due to lack of space, it is not possible to keep your dog on the floor under your seat or in the gangway. (Hop on Hop off boat)
- There is a cafeteria on board and a cafeteria on the Hop on Hop off boat
- There are no outside seating available on the boat (Hop on Hop off boat)
