- participants must be between 1.50 and 1.95 m tall. The maximum weight is 130 kg
- please provide your height, weight and dietary requirements (if any) at checkout
- this small-group tour operates with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 people
- thermal underwear is recommended (long johns and long-sleeved vest)
- the minimum age to take part in the experience is 15 years old
- all participants must know how to swim
