What to expect
Enjoy a 4-hour morning safari with pick-up from your hotel in a 4x4 Land Cruiser and head off with your local guide to the desert, just a 30-45 minute ride from Dubai.
Along the way, enjoy riding up and down the dunes in the morning sun. Your first activity involves bashing some dunes, driving up and down high sand dunes in the Land Cruiser, to get your adrenaline flowing. Later, have a chance to try sandboarding, one of the most exciting sporting activities in the desert.
Then, go to Al Khayma, and be welcomed by Arabic coffee, sweets (Gawa, Gaymat), and dates. If you'd like, get a camel ride in the nearby area. Finally, be dropped off back at your hotel.

- This activity is not wheelchair accessible
- Please, note that the age limit for this activity is 65 years
- Infants (age 0-2) are not allowed in the car during the dune-bashing drive
- Pregnant women and anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems, or other serious medical complaints are not allowed to participate in this tour
- International travel insurance is strongly recommended, as self-driving activities are subject to risk and are covered only by your insurance company. You are also responsible for any injury you inflict on yourself or others as a result of using a stroller (if applicable)
- Pickup will be within 45 minutes from your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time
