Important to know
Know in advance:
- Receive the redemption voucher in a separate email 24 hours prior to your travel date or within 60 minutes for the same day travel
- The Etisalat shops are open 24/7. You can collect your eSIM/SIM Card anytime upon your arrival in Abu Dhabi Airport, Dubai Airports, Sharjah Airport, or any city-wide locations across UAE
- SIM card activation using a passport is exclusively for tourists. UAE citizens and residents must present their Emirates ID for SIM activation
- According to UAE Telecom Regulation, only one eSIM/SIM Card can be issued per passport
- The passport holder must be at least 18 years old and present at the moment of eSIM/SIM activation
- All bookings for UAE SIM cards are accepted on behalf of KMTH Trading LLC (a TDRA approved SIM distributor) and all eSIM/SIM activations are done within the UAE
