Important to know
- Collect your SIM card and Dubai metro pass (NOL card) at the kitmytrip shop at the arrival area at DXB International Airport Terminal 1 and 3 once you walk out of the customs exit. Please have your passport and visa ready to redeem your SIM card
- Only 1 SIM card can be issued per passport and only for travelers above 18 years of age
- Your metro pass comes with AED 19 (US$ 5) balance, but you can reload your card (with a minimum of AED 5) across all Dubai Metro stations and select bus stops
- Your metro pass can be used to travel on the Dubai metro (regular cabin), buses, Dubai tram, and marine transport modes like water buses. You can also use it as a form of payment in some convenience stores in the Dubai metro or to pay for RTA's paid parking
- To activate your Zomato Gold subscription, just enter the code received upon booking while registering with Zomato App. Using the app, you can also see all the gold partner restaurants and also pay your bills for your meals
