The Bear Grylls Adventure’s iFLY Indoor Skydiving experience offers adrenaline junkies the thrill of flight within its own custom wind tunnel. No parachute, no plane, no wings – just you, the iFLY expert and the air, to get to experience the thrill of freefall twice. Guests looking to try their hand at the climbing walls will have the challenge of over 20 routes to choose from, all inspired by some of the most breathtaking climbing routes from around the world. Those dreaming of warmer climates can try a truly tropical experience with the Shark Dive activities: home to almost 1,000 creatures, the attraction’s custom tank allows guests to take the plunge into a new underwater world, exploring the unique environment inhabited by these beautiful creatures. And from Europe’s tallest High Ropes to the Royal Marines-inspired Assault Course, The Bear Grylls Adventure boasts an array of activities to challenge adventurers of all ages, abilities and experience levels.

No matter which activity you choose, your Adventure Guides will inspire you, encourage you and support you through each step of your journey so you can push your limits and reach new achievements. Adventure is for everyone, and each experience offers opportunities to try something new at this world’s first attraction!

Due to the nature of the activities, pregnant guests are not permitted to take part in any of the experiences
Lace-up trainers are a must. No flip-flops, heels or open-toed sandals will be allowed. Wearing comfortable active wear you can move in is recommended. Skirts, dresses, and suits are not adventure-appropriate!
All guests participating in an activity need to complete a general attraction waiver and a risk declaration. Please note that you will complete this form on-site on arrival
Lockers are available free of charge to safely store all personal belongings during the adventure

iFLY restrictions:

Age: Participants must be 8+ years. 8 and 9-year-olds must be accompanied on the activity by an adult aged 18 or over. This adult must have a full activity ticket. Guests aged 10-17 years will need an adult present at check-in and during the briefing to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied. Parent or guardian accompanying those aged 10 to 13 is required to remain on-site

Those who have previously suffered a shoulder dislocation will not be permitted to fly

High Ropes restrictions:

Age: Participants must be 8+ years. 8 and 9-year-olds must be accompanied on the activity by an adult aged 18 or over. This adult must have a full activity ticket. Adults accompanying guests aged 8 and 9 are required to remain on the same High Ropes level as the child/children at all times. Guests aged 10-16 years will need an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied. Parent or guardian accompanying those aged 10 to 13 is required to remain on-site

Parent or guardian accompanying those aged 10 to 13 is required to remain on-site

Age: Participants must be 10+ years. Guests aged 10-15 must be accompanied on the activity by a participating parent or guardian aged 18+ on a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. That parent or guardian must purchase a full ticket for the activity. The activity instructors cannot assume the position of guardian for participants aged 10-15
