What to expect
This experience is the perfect blend of a guided tour with refreshments and an independent discovery. Step back in time to 16th century Tudor England and be immersed in a place steeped in history, Hampton Court Palace. A knowledgeable guide will welcome you for the first 2 hours introducing you to the palace and providing insights into the lives of the royalty that lived there.
You'll stroll through courtyards, pass under Ann Boleyn's Gatehouse – where she lived before she was executed – and see Fountain Court, created by Sir Christopher Wren for William III and Mary II. The tour will continue to the restored sunken gardens and onto the vast Tudor kitchens of Henry's creation.
Finally, you'll enjoy a mouthwatering afternoon tea with finger sandwiches, patisseries, freshly baked scones, and a tea from the Royal Selection. You'll then be free to explore Hampton Court Palace's outdoor spaces and 60 acres of gardens as well as have full access to the palace for the remainder of the day.
