Next, discover the London Bridge (Southbank) area, including Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, The Shard, Tower Bridge, and The Tate Modern. After a break at London Bridge, we continue over Tower Bridge to see the Roman Wall, The Bank of England, The Tower of London, and the historic Square Mile.

Know in advance:

The Changing of the Guard Ceremony is daily in June and July, otherwise Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (book the 10 am tour start time for this experience)

An umbrella if it's raining, comfortable shoes, drinks and snacks, a camera, contactless credit/debit card or Oyster Card for transportation

Meeting point:

Please meet outside of the Ritz hotel (150 Piccadilly, W1J 9BR) next to 2 red telephone boxes and 2 souvenir stands, underneath one of the Ritz signs. The nearest tube station is Green Park Underground station. When you get to Green Park Underground station, take the left-hand exit. You'll see a set of stairs and a ramp leading out of the station. Take the stairs up and walk towards the Ritz Hotel.
