- Have your e-ticket with you (digitally or printed)
- Tickets are non-transferable and should not be sold on as well as being non-refundable
- The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users. There are lifts as a replacement for areas that have escalators. Blue Badge parking is also possible at the stadium
- Service animals are allowed on this tour
