Know in advance:

It is important that you show your Stasher email confirmation with the booking code at your drop-off location, or ask the staff to look up the booking under your full name. You'll receive it instantly or within 10 minutes after you book the activity. If you don't receive it or can't find it in your inbox, contact the local operator directly. Pick up and drop off your bags anytime between the opening hours: 9.00 am to 10.00 pm
