Sometimes when possible, pickup can take place from different hotels and other areas. Note that a supplement charge may be asked, depending on the location. Usually, the pickup time is between 7.30am to 10.00 am. There is also the possibility for a different time as well or an afternoon departure if the morning is full. Please contact the local operator for exact pickup times and location in the afternoon the day before the tour
The total duration of the tour is 3 to 5 hours. In some occasions, when a bus is used it can take from 5 to 7 hours
The airboat ride is always in English. In case needed, the driver will illustrate the facts about the Everglades in languages other than English on the way to the park, and assist guests there

The pickup takes place from hotels along the City of Miami Beach (not Surfside, Bal Harbor, Sunny Isles) on Collins Avenue (by default from 45 street all the way to 1 street, and sometimes from 71 street down) and Miami Downtown at Holiday Inn Port of Miami. Wait for transportation outside the Hotel, by the entrance. If your accommodation is in a different area kindly call the local operator to check if a transfer is possible (contact details found on the voucher).
