- Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
Know in advance:
- Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
- The driver normally speaks Vietnamese; other languages are available upon request with a surcharge
- At checkout, pease provide your pickup date and time, number of people, pickup and drop-off point, flight number, full name of all passengers, and year of birth of all passengers
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- An English-speaking customer service team is available on WhatsApp 24/7
- Waiting time: for international flights - 90 minutes; for domestic flights - 60 minutes; for train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
