- Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
- Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
- The driver will be Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
- The English-speaking customer service team is available on WhatsApp 24/7. The WhatsApp contact can be found in the voucher after booking
- Over time (per hour): 8/8/16 USD for 4/7/16 Seater Car (pay to transfer operator)
- Late/Early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 7/8/10 USD for 4/7/16 Seater Car (pay to transfer operator)
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- Please provide: pick-up date & time, number of pax, pick-up and drop off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
