Know in advance:
- each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
- the driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
- the transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- please provide: pick-up date & time, number of pax, pick-up and drop off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
- waiting time: for International flights - 90 minutes; for Domestic flights - 60 minutes; for train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
