What to expect

Start your day with a convenient pickup in the morning as a minivan or bus awaits you. Enjoy the 1.5-hour drive through picturesque green rice fields until you reach the rural town of My Tho.

Once there, you'll hop aboard a motorized boat and set sail on the Tien River towards Qui (Tortoise Islet). Along the way, you'll marvel at the fishing port, boat-building workshops, and the captivating Dragon, Phoenix, and Unicorn Islets. You'll venture into the village, where a delightful local fruit garden awaits you. You'll indulge in tropical fruits while being serenaded by Southern Vietnamese folk music performed by islanders. Moreover, you'll discover the bee house and capture photos with pythons. You'll also have a delectable lunch, served right at the heart of the orchard garden. As you cruise through the scenic Bao Dinh canal, you'll enter the province of Ben Tre, famously known as "the land of coconuts." You'll witness the fascinating "Garden - Pond - Cage" agricultural model before visiting the coconut candy-making shop. Here, you'll experience the tranquillity of a rowing boat trip along the serene small canal, where the enchanting water coconut trees cast a soothing shadow.

Afterward, you'll hop on a bike to explore the island at your leisure before returning to the bus. By around 5.00pm, you'll find yourself back in Ho Chi Minh City.
