- Vehicle Options: 4 Seater Car (Toyota Vios or similar): Maximum 2 passengers; 7 Seater Car (Toyota Innova or similar): Maximum 3 passengers; 16 Seater Car(Ford Transit or similar): Maximum 8 passengers
- Luggage Information: Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
- Your driver will be Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
- The customer service team (English-speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7. You'll find their contact details on your voucher
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- Please provide at checkout: Pick up date & time, number of participants, pick up and drop off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
- Waiting time: For international flights - 90 minutes; For domestic flights - 60 minutes; For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
