You will need to check in again at the ferryboat company counter to get your boarding pass and go through migrations. Your driver will be waiting for you in Buenos Aires with a sign with your name

Pick-up from your hotel in central Buenos Aires or the cruise port, door # 12. Please confirm the pick-up place and time directly with the local operator, and make sure to be ready 15 minutes before pick-up time. When you arrive at Colonia Port, after going through the exit door, you'll find a guide with a sign with the name of the ferryboat company and Walking Tour written on it. Once you're back in Buenos Aires, your driver will be waiting for you at Buenos Aires Port with a sign with your name.
