Explore the city of Salvador with a professional guide, and admire its beautiful Baroque-style architecture. You will visit the Pelourinho district, known for its significant historical buildings. This area offers insight into Brazil's early history through its museums and churches, including the Church of São Francisco.
The guide will share with you interesting stories and curiosities about the main sights of the city. Explore the Santo Antonio da Barra Fort, built-in 1536 to protect the Bay of All Saints. You will also visit the São Diogo Fort, from where you can contemplate a spectacular view of the bay. During the tour, you will also see the São Francisco Church and Convent, one of the most important expressions of Brazilian Baroque.
After a lunch buffet with local food, you will start the panoramic tour through the Lacerda elevator and Modelo Market with a stop for shopping. Admire the beauty of the Church of Our Lord of Bonfim (the most devoted saint of Bahia). At the end of the excursion, you will return to the bus that will take you back to your hotel.
