What to expect

Spend some time with a local family at their eating table with this experience. Each meeting is personal, with only your small group and the family which creates special moments that you'll treasure.

Start with a welcome drink and see how you can help with starting the meal preparations. You'll not want to forget to take your notebook to capture the ingredients for this bit. Take pictures, and chat with the family who speak at least some basic English. Plus, see what local words and sayings you can learn.

Talk with the host family about anything you would like to know, including sharing some things about yourself and your home country. Most local families find it very interesting to hear about other cultures, so this will benefit both of you. Lastly, indulge in the meal and smile at the atmosphere that completes this memorable activity.

• A minimum of 2 people is required for this booking. 2 adults are the minimum that can be booked
