Old Town Square is the heart of Prague's Old Town, and everyone knows the majestic building dominating this square - the Old Town Hall with Astronomical Clock Tower.

Learn about the importance of the Old Town Hall for the Czech lands, and how it grew into its present form.

Every hour two small trapdoors open, and twelve apostles march out, giving their stories. There is also planetary motion, the zodiac, and more on the clock - and 75% of its parts are original from the 15th century.
