What to expect
Introducing this seasonal Segway™ Winter Cruise - 90 minutes fun in Copenhagen! See over 10 of the major sights of the city and get to warm up at the cafe-stop halfway through.
Your Segway™ experience will begin at the waterfront shop where you will be trained in spacious surroundings and you'll get to practice until you're comfortable. Don't worry, it usually only takes a few minutes to get the hang of it!
The majority of this tour takes place in a no-car zone, including the first half of the tour, so you will have ample opportunity to just relax and enjoy the fun stories of Copenhagen which your guide will provide via the headset-radio system. You will get to explore more than 10 of the major sights of Copenhagen including the iconic Little Mermaid, the colorful Nyhavn & the beautiful Amalienborg Palace (the Queen's residence).
About halfway through the tour, you will make a 20-minute stop in the cafe of the Royal Danish Theatre on Kongens Nytorv, where you can warm up with a nice hot & organic beverage if you wish (no purchases are necessary).
After the stop, you continue back towards the Segway™ Cruise shop, where you will see even more of wonderful Copenhagen, including the Marble Church and the iconic Citadel; a still-functioning military site!
You end the Segway™ Experience back in the store where the guide will have some organic hot drinks for you to warm up on - as well as their fun Segway™ Souvenir!

Important to know
- Minimum group size is 2 people. Maximum group size is 10 people
- Set aside an additional 30 minutes to your tour length (15 minutes for check-in and training and 15 minutes for check-out)
- Wear comfortable shoes (no high heels are allowed)
- Dress according to the weather, if it's chilly wearing layers is recommended
- If it rains you will be given a rain-poncho
- You are not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol
Requirements for riding a Segway™:
- Minimum age: 12 years
- Minimum height: 135cm
- Weight range: 45kg - 125kg
- Not suitable if you are pregnant or have mobility issues. You should be able to stand for the duration of your tour, and step up and down from the Segway™ with ease
