Important to know
Not suitable for:
- The Nantes Pass is for individual visitors only, not suitable for groups
Not Allowed:
- The Nantes City Card cannot be exchanged or refunded in case of theft, loss, partial or total non-use
Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- Free access to tourist sites and guided visits included in the Card are subject to availability. Some sites may require booking. Please get in touch with the supplier for more information (guided visits, cruises...) using the contacts you'll find in the voucher
Know in advance:
- For the use of the shuttle airport, contact the reception team Le Voyage à Nantes to receive the city card by e-ticket after your booking (more information on your voucher)
- Free public transport network for Pass Nantes holders (and for all on weekends). No public transportation on 1st May
- The City card is valid for 1, 2, 3, or 7 consecutive days from the day you exchange your voucher
- Reduced rates for children aged 4 to 17, students under 26, and disability card holders
