- To access the audio-guided tour, you will have to download the App on your phone
- After booking, you will receive an SMS with a direct download link for the app and audio-guide
- Enter via the Pyramid, using the line for Louvre ticket holders with a time slot
- Show your Louvre Museum ticket; the museum ticket will be sent in a separate mail
- Admission within 30 minutes after the time slot received
- Please note that if you miss the time slot you'll need to join the line for ticket holders without time slots
- Ticket holders may be asked to present a valid photo ID. Without it, access to the museum will be refused
- This is a self-guided tour, there is no tour guide that meets you at the start location
- If there are visitors in your group who can access the Louvre for free, they can enter with you
- If you leave the museum, you won't be allowed back in with the same ticket
