- There are no mobile tickets: exchange your voucher at the Tourist-Info "Visit Düsseldorf" in the old town, Rheinstraße 3. Opening hours "Visit Düsseldorf": daily from 10:00 - 18:00.
- The period of validity of 48 hours begins with the first entry to one of the museums
- Accompanying people under the age of 18 get free admission
