Experience the ultimate introduction to a new world, making you fit for your own tours in just two and a half hours. Throughout this course, you'll master the art of safe paddling, steering, and navigating. Moreover, you'll receive vital information about safety protocols, right of way rules, and equipment knowledge.

The adventure begins with a half-hour briefing and safety instructions on land, followed by an hour on the water where you'll learn paddling techniques and gain further insights. In the second hour, you have various options: refine your technique, learn the race technique, indulge in fun and games, or simply unwind and connect with nature.

Please bring a towel, extra clothes, swimwear, and a breathable t-shirt. Sunscreen, cap/hat, glasses strap or disposable contact lenses, beach sandals, and a waterproof phone case are highly recommended
Children up to 15 years must be accompanied by adults
Participants should have the ability to swim and be in good physical condition
Maximum body weight allowed is 120 kg, with an exception for good athletes
Participants should not exceed 0.5 per mill alcohol or be under the influence of other drugs
An overall of 6 participants is needed for the tour to run
