Come along on this tour to get in touch with some of Iceland’s most famous and exciting natural phenomena and the "must-see" spots when visiting the country.
The first stop is at the Thingvellir National Park, where Iceland’s first parliament was founded in the year 930 AD. From Þingvellir we head to the geothermal area around the Geysir hot spring. From there you will continue on to Gullfoss, “the Golden waterfall”, where you can get really close and experience its full power firsthand.
Next, you’re dropped off downtown in Reykjavík, close to cafés and restaurants where you have time to enjoy supper. In the evening, you'll meet to hunt for the amazing natural phenomenon, and you will also get a chance if you are lucky to have your unique picture with the lights dancing above you. Unfortunately, since the lights are a natural phenomenon, it can’t really be guaranteed that you’ll see the lights, but the guides do monitor the aurora and weather forecasts closely to increase your chances. You'll return to Reykjavík around midnight.
